Our Founder’s Story
After nearly 30 years in technology, consulting, and product leadership—including two decades at Fidelity—Josh Brose founded Hamilton & George to bring enterprise-grade clarity and execution to small and growing businesses.
Over the years, he has led agile transformations across 5,000+ employees, built and scaled product teams, and helped organizations turn big ideas into real results. But he has also seen firsthand how often small business owners are left behind—offered advice with no plan, or tools with no strategy.
Hamilton & George was built to close that gap.

Who You’ll Be Working With
Josh Brose is a former SVP at Fidelity with deep experience in enterprise technology, product development, and business transformation. He’s led agile enablement across thousands of employees, built cloud-based platforms from the ground up, and coached leaders through periods of rapid growth and reinvention.
He holds an MBA from Boston University and a Computer Science degree from Colgate University. Today, he brings that experience to founders, operators, and small teams who need to get things done.
